USA Vein Clinics is completely worthless!!! I have tried to reach their office for medical issues and appointment issues for a week and a half now and no one will do anything to help me. Every single agent can only take your name and number and tell you someone will call you back, which they NEVER DO!!! What is the point of having call agents that can't do anything to assist you to get you through to a nurse or scheduler???? Now I am going to have to find a new clinic so I can actually get treated. Don't waste your time here. They won't help you or treat you.(In response to the comment below) After calling 8 times and waiting 2 weeks for someone to contact me back, I will not be wasting my time emailing to try to get in touch with someone too. I have already transferred to Sun Vein & Vascular since no one could bother to contact me.
