As a health care professional this place seems more concerned about payments then people with health issues, had an initial appointment for a serious issue I may be having with arteries, insurance wasn't checked prior to the appointment, back and forth with their benefits and eligibility dept, only to be told I needed to be rescheduled for next week. When I took time off of work today for this appointment. Unprofessional, terrible call center. Will not go back here.
