I had Private Medical Insurance with a provider this year and wanted to continue it since last year's rate was quite appealing. However, after receiving a renewal that was 13% higher, and finding my previous provider offering a 45% lower rate, I decided to return to them. I understand that this is business, but I waited an entire month for a response from the service, and despite their assurances to match the competing offer, they never got back to me. I don't mind that they didn't match the price, but the lack of follow-up after their promises is concerning. This experience has left me hesitant to consider them in the future, as their customer service was nothing short of disappointing.
