I have never done a comparison on my health insurance as a result we have been with the same provider for decades. Usay were incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. They were attentive but not pushy once they had made a recommendation. They were able to provide the pros and cons of providers and made me feel confident that their recommendation would be backed with experience in the field. When they identified the new provider ( who we have subsequently gone with) I could not believe the monthly saving for a policy which is at best better and at worst comparable. One caveat I did claim on my previous provider and they were very good. I hope I do not have to claim on the new one. (so may never know how efficient they are when a claim is made).
