After many years with Saga I felt their premiums were becoming extortionate, I contacted USAY on line and was called by John Spencer on their behalf. After going through the preliminaries with John he said he’d call back with hopefully a better deal and plan , within a couple of hours he called back with a cheaper policy and better coverage with even a reduced excess. He basically did a switching policy for me which meant I knew it mirrored my old policy.
After reading through the t&c’s the policy was completed within 24 hours.
