I ordered a $1,540 medicine cabinet on 2/11 (today is 3/28) from US Bath because they had the best price (by $100) w/ free shipping. They emailed me a confirmation immediately stating that they pride themselves on customer service. Then on 2/16 they sent an email stating that the medicine cabinet I ordered (which was incorrectly identified in that email) is out of stock but they’d be sending me a different size?!? No…the size important. I emailed back immediately to say 1) the item you’re stating is out of stock is not what I ordered and 2) I need the size I originally ordered, so if it’s not available, please refund me my $1540. No immediate response despite 3 emails I’d sent on 2/16, 2/17, and 2/19. On 2/22 they finally emailed back, and stated they wouldn’t have it back in stock until early March. I agreed to wait. No follow up on their end occurred until I sent ANOTHER email on 3/7 inquiring about an update…since we were a week into March. They responded 3/8 stating they didn’t have it yet. On 3/13 they said it’s been shipped to their warehouse and that from there, a shipping company would be delivering it to me but to wait 1-2 business days to track the shipment with the shipping company (I was given a tracking number). On 3/15 I emailed US Bath that the tracking number didn’t work. They responded that they’d email me with an update as soon as they had an update from their warehouse. No update. On 3/26 I reached out again 2x to let them know the tracking number still wasn’t working. Still no response from US Bath. As of today (3/28) the tracking number is STILL not working AND the shipping company (Arc Shipping) has no record of anything going to my address as of my phone call with Arc Shipping today. Not to mention still no email response from US Bath. I called US Bath today letting them know if I don’t hear back by tomorrow on where it is, I’ll be letting my cc company know that this is a SCAM. As I’ve been waiting 45 DAYS for my order without so much as a working tracking number. My advice? DO NOT order from US BATH. It may be a lower price, but saving $100 is **NOT WORTH IT** because **NOTHING IS COMING** and NO ONE CARES!!!
