It is supposed to be no charge if used less than 3 hours. I used it 1 hour. But when returning the object in the app I was asked to pay 49 SEK and there were no other options to refuse. I selected without insurance. Had to phone the company which manually defined the object as returned. I got the impression that the company have made this in purpose. Say it is free and then still charge..and hope that customers do pay and don't bother to complain. I will not shop at Byggmax any more as I would rather choose other companies that do not use third parties ad Used4Free, there there is no hassel to borrow equipment.
