So it started like 2 weeks ago I'm only daily free plan somehow I made enough to make a withdrawal and as it went through i taught it would be real and then I bought basic yearly plan even before buying i had conversation with customer support no where I was informed about hidden fees , not even in the contract only it stated any maintenance will be covered in contract itself and no extra fees is required to pay , it's been 7 days since I bought yearly plan . Now my withdrawal is rejected saying outstanding dues . When I looked into my current active plan there is shows now pay 860$ for 1 year electricity fee. So why wasn't information about it included in contract and as it show unsettled fee my withdrawal failed naturally but why turn off my miners aswell maintaince is done for every month , like if you wanted to be legit about it you could have informed about it like other cloud mining sites do, they clearly show you the fee and crypto you have mined but you hide that fact just to scam more people , and when I asked whose fault was it you just ghost without giving me any response . Is it easy to scam people who really want to get into mining like you are setting perfect example why people should buy their own mining hardware and farm themselves.
