We bought the king mattress topper. Started with Amazon but referred directly to West Month. Can’t believe Amazon would even be associated with this company in any way. Tried the topper for several nights but didn’t meet our expectations. We thought we would sink in but instead it didn’t make a difference to our firm mattress. We tried emailing several times to return within the 30 day period. Finally got a response back that we could return it but we have to pay. And the return address is CHINA!!! Probably would cost as much to return as the topper itself. Extremely dissatisfied all the way around with the product and customer service!!!!
