I purchased the king size premium 1000GSM mattress topper on 4/5/26. The Topper was delivered on Monday, 4/13/26. Upon opening I could immediately tell this product was not as advertised. The topper was very thin (cheap quality), elastic straps on each corner (not the fitted sheet design as advertised), no tags.
This company is a scam!! They will not reply to emails requesting a refund. There is no customer service number to call to speak to a representative. If you buy from WestMonth, prepare to make a donation. Very unfortunate!
