I ordered a West Month queen size mattress topper. The one they advertise has has pocketing to pull down and wrap under the mattress. The topper came with straps to put around the mattress. The fill is also not as advertised. The shipping was mediocre at best. It arrived in a vacuum pack package from China. The only way to contact them is via e mail. I did send an email, no response. I would avoid this company. I feel I was duped out of $200.00.
