This is clearly a scam. If you're a small business owner who works hard and honestly for your money, stay away from this service. They make many empty promises but deliver very little. I paid $3000 and didn't receive a single contract. I was promised assistance in creating bids, landing leads, and consulting throughout the process. When I called today to get my number, I was hung up on instead. Be cautious; you might be paying for resources that are available for free.
