I paid $350 to US Filing Services on December 4 for business filing services that were advertised as including a Florida representative address, a 2025 filing, customer account access, and a 15% discount.None of these services were delivered.There was:> No completed filing> No valid or verifiable Florida address> No account access> The advertised discount was not honored> No working support email> No response to phone callsAfter multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no response at all. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money.Based on my experience, this company lacks transparency and accountability. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
