So we did it... we have done a day tour.... however we did it again... this time we stood the night in the villisca axe murder house in villisca iowa a day after the Sallie house....although the price was tough fir the whole house it was ultimately worth it for sure....the villisca axe murder house was very interesting, its sad history is devastating and the spirits do let you know. None of use were physically attacked at the villisca axe murder house thankfully. If you enjoy the paranormal or are non believer this is a spot to spend the night. I suggest music boxes, bells, rem pods as those were our most active devices we used. Although there is no electricity or loghts it makes it a better place to explore. They also had cots and some equipment that you can use as well. Please do let know if you decide ti stay. Be safe out there and always remember who you are.
