The process was smooth enough. The driver was extremely rude on pick up and on delivery. You may want to reconsider who you use to ship your cars. We were supposed to get a two hour notice. We got a 10 minute notice and then they were very rude when I could not be there within 10 minutes. They told us they did not care what you ships requirements were theirs were 10 minutes other than that, no problem.
