I was not told until I inquired about the lack of leads that it is a pay per click system, meaning that I needed to pay more to get in front of customers. The rep that reached out to me just said he could do a better price when I initially said it was too expensive per month for me to sign up. He never mentioned that a higher monthly fee meant more visibility online.
