Haven't had the movers show up yet so I'm not completely sure about the move it's but I'm giving it 5 stars just on customer service. I talked to Chase Farrell and he was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and admitted his mistake instead of just letting me have an extra $200 added which is very appreciated. I've always had very bad social anxiety which included me always dreading phone calls but he put me right at ease which makes the whole experience 110% better. Will update the review after the move.
