Business model is flawless. However, being screamed at by a member of management (Katie) was ridiculous. Completely emptied unit and was charged until 11th of March (2 week notice I had no idea about) even though the ustoreit blog says it can be a week notice. Katie escalated a pretty simple scenario for no reason. She became extremely hostile to the point I had to ask her to remove herself from the conversation as I was dealing with the other guy originally. To then find out she was management was baffling. When I requested an email to discuss/log complaint with someone she gave me her direct store email… seems a bit cunning. Anyway, paid the fee and there’s an empty unit now for 2 and a half weeks. Seems a tad strange considering she told me I hate to pay due to “company policy and huge waiting list for units”… i paid until the end of month and cleared out before months end. Other than that, it’s a fantastic service just shame Katie let the brand down. I’ll just steer clear of Liffey Bally unit I suppose
