USAG needs to clean up their e-gift card process. Every retail company that I do business with sends the e-cards within at least 15 minutes of purchase. I made my purchase at 6AM to hopefully get the e-card to my good friend on his birthday. At 8AM, I still did not have the card and I sent a 2nd email and a Mike responded saying I should check my SPAM file. I frequently do and did it again to no avail. I have now sent a 2nd email to Mike saying please send it again. I do not have the time to chase this down all day or until I get satisfaction. I want customer service to send out the e-mail ASAP. BTW, this is not my first purchase with this company but it IS the 1st time I have had any problems.
