I've contacted the ombudsman with all the evidence. This company is failing its customers by keeping money meant for them. After years of loyalty, I feel mistreated and plan to leave as soon as this issue is resolved. The meter readings are inconsistent, making me believe I'm being charged more. This company seems only interested in profit, not customer care.
