I placed an online order in September. The shop clearly indicated that the item was out of stock. I received confirmation and an apology for the delay, along with updates via email. To my surprise, the order arrived ahead of schedule, perfect for a birthday gift. Throughout the process, the support team was friendly, courteous, and attentive. I couldn't recommend them more highly. My only feedback is that the item was even more impressive in person than the website showed.
