I thought it only proper that I leave a positive review on Trustpilot as I have had such a good experience with Utility Design. I bought several chairs from Utility Design approximately 5 years ago and they both developed a defect. Despite them being out of guarantee, Utility Design went above and beyond to help me and eventually got them (quite unexpectantly) replaced. There was no real incentive to help me as there was no new sale for them. I enjoyed excellent communication from customer services and even got a follow up call from a senior manager asking if everything was ok after the new chairs were delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utility Design and look forward to buying from them again in the near future. Big shout out to Morgan-Louise and Julie :)
