I have to reject optional cookies twice; once when visiting the web site and AGAIN when logging on. Compared to Virgin Pensions, questions (even general ones that require no personal calculations) seem to take a long time to be answered. The fact that I logged on weeks ago (23 Sept) and you are only now (17 Oct) asking me for feedback says a lot.
