As a former Equitable Life customer I find Utmost satisfactory but the management charges are OK but the results are I feel are very average. The website is not very helpful and doesn't seem to have been updated in years. Online management doesn't seem possible as far as I know and finally the level of advice available to someone not based in the UK is inadequate.
