Whilst the online portal and investment choices are on a par with other companies, when it comes to actually getting access to your money the timescales are very poor and longer than other companies I have dealt with. If you have a policy in drawdown allow at least a month for you to actually receive a payment. Why it takes 10 to 15 working days ( in reality up to 3 weeks) just to get a quote and the forms uploaded to your online portal I have no idea. They need reminding this is your money they are taking weeks to pay out ..... and if they tell you the timescales are usually shorter than those quoted don't believe it!
