I help my client Mr KC Wong ask for the surrender value. My first email sent to Utmost is 24 Mar. I also call Utmost Customer services on 27 Mar morning but helpless. Customer services stated that they cannot do anything over the phone and I would have to await a response from the email in 10-16 working days, even longer. It's unbelievable how difficult it is to review the surrender value and get a form. We send the same request to another insurance company local in the UK, they always responses us within 48 hours. Appreciate anyone can help, thank you very much.

I got a email reply from Utmost today, but Emma remind me their standard response times are 10 to 15 working days from when they received my first request. Anyway
it is happy to see that Utmost answer my queries faster than their standard response times. But I still not yet got the form. Emma promise me will send the surrender pack tomorrow. Hope everything goes well.
