UPDATE: they gave me a partial refund for the item I did not receive. I’m increasing it to 3 stars because they finally helped but it is still frustrating. I had to keep doing a lot of work and they still think both items were delivered, even though I showed them a picture of the packing slip. They only delivered one package with one item when I ordered two items. I reached out and they just closed my ticket without sending me my other item or giving me a refund. The one star is for the item I did receive because I do like it. I just am not happy they did not send me the other item I paid for. Don't appreciate being scammed.
