They are now rotten to the core. They do not help with a problem. They always keep saying they will reply in 24 hours. I have a delivery that has gone missing and nothing is being done about it. I have also tried to contact Fedex their UNTRUSTED delivery partner and they do not answer to me as I am not their customer.
