UUByte is a horrible software company. Avoid at all costs.I needed a Windows 11 USB boot drive ASAP, and only had my Mac. Their website formerly said they were the "Ultimate Toolkit to Create Bootable USB," but since changed it after I pointed that out over email. After an hour of waiting, it was clear their software was ineffective, so I emailed them asking for a refund. Instead, they sent me a "sister software" license key; note that I paid for UUBYTE's software, NOT A SISTER SOFTWARE. The software I paid for should have worked. Plus, I was able to solve my problem using Parallels and Rufus (on the VM), both for free.After inquiring multiple times for a refund, UUByte wasn't just uncooperative, but unresponsive. Thankfully, their payment processor PayPro was very helpful and after UUByte did not reach out over a 24 hour period, they refunded me.I recommend that if you are in a similar predicament as myself, avoid UUByte at all costs. Use Parallels (free version is adequate enough) and download Rufus on there. It takes some time, but unlike UUByte, at least it works.
