I ordered 2 cards and when they came, a key point of the design was left out of the physical card despite it being on the pre-design that I approved, this was the text "made from bamboo" on the back of the card as this ties in with our brand.One card I have connected to my v1ce account and I really like the page design integration, it is easy to customise and looks good. However, the second card, when i scan to connect it to the account, it says it is already on another account. For both of these issues I have tried contacting numerous times. By phone on 5 different days, never any answer. By their in-site text channel on multiple occasions, last message was that there is no-one currently available and they will make it a top priority to get back to me, and still I am waiting the next day.After spending this money on the cards, I'd expect someone to be able to assist me at the very least.
