I had a deeply disappointing experience with V1CE. I placed an order on December 1st and received no updates. After contacting support on December 4th, I received a design brief email, responded immediately, and then heard nothing back.It wasn’t until December 19th that I got a design to approve, which I promptly did, but there was still no communication or progress after that. I followed up repeatedly, including on December 23rd, asking for updates, and received no response.The lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I am now demanding a refund. I cannot recommend V1CE based on this experience.
