Customer service is truly terrible! My supposedly unique cards and QR codes were assigned to a new user, rendering them useless and showing incorrect information. I have been trying to contact V1CE but have been getting nowhere—just an endless string of unanswered questions and broken promises.I have been promised a manager would be in contact with me for the past 2 days, but they instead hide behind their customer service agents. I can't get an explanation about what has happened to my cards nor any proper information about when my new cards will arrive.Despite the seriousness of the issue, V1CE has shown that it does not care about or value its customers. I would honestly avoid them; if you run into any issues, they are unlikely to act.
