Updated Review-Well I did get someone from technical support to reply to me and they gave me a calendar to set up an appointment and nobody showed to the Google Meeting. I did manage to spend the time reading through their Zendesk software to figure it out and it was pretty easy then.Their onboarding is not intuitive and really has the feeling of a thrown together startup without someone investing in good user experience and onboarding. But at least I figured it out. Upped them to 3 stars. --- Previous reviewI'm not technically illiterate but setting up the card makes no sense to me. I signed up and received the pretty card but when I login to my account it doesn't clearly show how to set up the card. Or when I scan it with my QR code it is not clear either. It seem like it promises so much but the delivery of the onboarding process is a joke and so overly engineered the user experience is awful. I reached out to customer support and no response yet. Hoping someone reached out to me to make this right or going to issue a fraud charge on my credit card.
