Next steps: The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which replaced the Sales of Goods Act 1979, is all that I am going to say. I will not be contacting this company or using this company again as it seems to not be taken seriously! To that end, these pictures will be going viral on our website and social media platforms by the close of play today.
