I received my V1CE pack today and the set up was very confusing. I contacted John via the online chat and he was so helpful, he answered all of my questions providing illustrated instructions to allow me to navigate the set up of my products and answered all of my questions. His answers were clear and concise. Although the initial set up isn't clear, reaching out to customer services and being able to communicate with a human very quickly made the process so much easier. Thanks John! I had another question and the spoke to Ana, she logged into my account and made some changes for me very quickly. Thanks Ana!
