I honestly don’t think there is a better holiday home company than Vacationer Holiday Homes. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The quality of their properties is exceptional — beautifully furnished, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos (if not better!).
Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you can tell they take great pride in maintaining high standards. It immediately made us feel comfortable and at home.
What really sets them apart is their guest relations team. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
On top of that, they offer great discounts and excellent value for money, especially considering the prime locations of their properties around Dubai. Staying in such convenient, central areas made our trip even more enjoyable.

I had a very positive experience with Vacationer Dubai. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with from the moment of booking until check-out.Check-in was smooth and the apartment was exactly as described clean, well prepared, and in a great location. Whenever I had a small question, their support replied quickly on WhatsApp and handled it straight away. The security deposit was also returned on time without any issues, which I really appreciated.Overall, a reliable short-term rental company in Dubai. I would definitely book with them again and recommend them to others.

This company is a complete scam. Prices are artificially inflated on their website and then presented as “discounted,” yet they remain significantly overpriced. They entice customers to book units that are not actually available, take payment upfront, and then pressure you to accept an inferior alternative or delay refunds indefinitely. Avoid at all costs. I should have trusted the negative reviews.
Vacationer Dubai have been very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately my initial booking was not available anymore but they quickly assigned a different apartment with an upgraded view. They also handled a minor plumbing issue immediately. Very satisfied and would recommend!
