We paid for a package to Costa Rica but the entrance fees at the Natural Parks were unfortunately not included as we thought. We had to pay entrance fees for national parks that belongs to basic tours that should be included in the package.I was not happy during the holiday about that but the agency was correct and agreed to refund the parks.At the end, I am happy with the general service if refund is made to compensate our extra charges.Every time we contacted the agency during the holiday, we had people responding to us.
