Using Costa Rican Vacations was a great decision! They made it so easy to plan everything; transportation, hotels, excursions, etc.We booked our trip in February of 2020, to travel in April of 2020. With the COVID pandemic, our trip was postponed. We traveled in November 2020 and it was amazing. Costa Rican Vacations handled everything for us; all the re bookings, etc. Everything was seamlessly easy.We flew into SJO and were greeted by a person from their company to walk us through the airport and customs. He helped us with our luggage and showed us to our driver who drove us to our hotel near Arenal. We stayed at the Lomas Del Volcan. It was amazing. Amazing food, people, had our own bungalow, remote setting, could see the volcano right out our patio. Everything was amazing! We went on a sloth tour, hiked the side of the volcano, went to the LaFortuna Water fall, went to the hot springs and white water rafting. After 3 days in the Arenal area, we went to Manual Antonio in which we were shuttled by the company in a private, new vehicle.We stayed at Costa Verde resort. It was again amazing. We went to the beach, National Park, markets, El Avion Restaurant, cooking class, tourist shops, etc. Every single person that helped us rolled out the red carpet. This was our first time traveling to Costa Rica and we will definitely be back and I will be using Costa Rican Vacations for sure. It takes the stress out of planning for certain!
