I am a single mother traveling with kids

I am a single mother wanting to not limit my travel experiences with my kids just because I don't have a partner to help out. Doing research to travel internationally was a bit daunting until I stumbled onto the site of Costa Rican Vacations. I am a bit of a skeptic and at first, didn't believe they could find me the right deals or make this easier on me vs. me just taking control and doing it on my own. But I gave it a try just to see. The initial process was easy. I worked with Sebastian. He listened to what my needs were, how old my children were what my budget was and what type of activities we wanted to do. Then, I sat back and did nothing while Sebationa set up a whole itinerary for me. I reviewed it and it seemed simple enough. I went back and forth with him on dates, arrival times, how it would all work and he was very quick to respond to all of my questions. I then did my own research. I googled all the hotels, looked up the activities, and found out that Sebastion often got better deals than I could. He arranged everything. The whole entire team was quick to respond. With traveling internationally during covid there were some pre-trip items to take care of and a Covid test they arranged for my return to the US. I also thought that it would be cheaper to drive myself around and rent a car, but Sebastian encouraged me to trust him and to take the transportation he set up for me. I am SO VERY glad I listened to him. We got to the airport and when we got off the plane there was a backup in customs probably at least a two-hour wait. They have a service that took us to a special line. That saved us time. Then when we got into our van, it had AC, Wifi and a very knowledgeable driver who helped us with everything! He even told us about Costa Rica, stopped and at an amazing true Costarican restaurant, and translated everything for us. The kids loved the wifi on all the transportation days and I enjoyed being able to sit back, see the beautiful country and not have to worry about navigating in unfamiliar territory! It was seamless. Honestly, the whole trip was seamless. Every transportation pick-up was on time or early and everything was planned out I had to worry about NOTHING! It allowed me the time to truly relax and enjoy time with my children without stressing about driving or navigating anything or triple-checking reservations. Also, it gave me peace of mind, as a single parent, that everything was taken care of. I even left a hairdryer at the first hotel by accident and they called the hotel and drove it 6 hours to my other hotel. Amazing customer service! While we were in Costa Rica they gave me a special number to reach out if I needed anything. My son has a cochlear implant that was acting up and one of our excursions was white water rafting. We opted to cancel that trip. They amazingly got us our money back on that trip and rescheduled us for doing a dune buggy. We also wanted to stay another two hours at a hotel so asked the day prior to move back the transportation time, which they did!It was the best vacation we have been on and it truly brought us closer together, it gave me confidence that I can still take my children on amazing vacations after a divorce due to the ease and help of the entire team at Costa Rican vacations. I would recommend this service to anyone! I would not travel to locations that they service without using them. I can not recommend them enough! --Kathryn Kiel
