Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with wonderful people and a happy culture. What a positive destination for a family vacation! We are a family of 3 (9 yo child) who traveled to CR for 10 days in feb 2020. A HUGE part of what made this vacation so special was how EASY it was. That was all because of Costa Rican Vacations and our rep, Rebecca Males. I spent probably a total of an hour working w Rebecca over a few days via email. She was attentive, organized, prompt, and very knowledgeable. She did everything else! As another reviewer stated, we just had to show up! Seriously - everything else was taken care of. We were all able to just relax. No stress about times, no stress about taxis or rides, no stress about making reservations. It was done, and we were just along for the fun and family memories. Amazing! And isn’t that what a vacation is supposed to be about?!We flew into Liberia, and the second we stepped out of the terminal onto the sidewalk we were in CRV’s care and everything went perfectly smooth- I mean EVERYTHING for 10 days! Our accommodations were wonderful and family friendly; our drivers were prompt, courteous, fun, and knowledgeable; Our guides were excellent. Service was always A++Special shout out to “Teo” from Cocoa Beach. He drove us from Monteverde to Papagayo and again from Papagayo to the airport. What a kind and great guy! Customer service was amazing!!! Thank you Teo - we were blessed to ride w you twice.I couldn’t imagine what recommendation I could possibly make to improve. Keep doing what you’re doing Rebecca and CRV and we’ll be back for more fabulous times!!
