The agent, accommodations, and logistics were great. My main complaint was that my agent recommended some activities based on the limititation had shared of a bad knee awaiting surgery. She recommended several activities such as the hanging bridges tour as perfect ,when it was 3 miles of irregular paths and steps through the rainforest. I was unable to participate in many things I paid to do with my kids because they were not appropriate for my limitations.
