The hotel accommodations were for the most part quite nice but through the first room we got at the Westin was somewhat rundown with peeling wallpaper and stained paint we had to change our rooms they told us that the rooms are about to be renovated and they certainly needed the W however was fineThe food in both hotels was mediocre and the latitude 10 at the W was terrible the services you provided the transfers in the tours were quite fine There was a problem one day with the hot water at the W which they repaired properly and they also gave us a free dinner to make up for our discomfort and the food at the latitude 10 he couldn’t have been more helpful
