Summary:1) Extremely patient & knowledgeable coaches2) A vast amount of experience, information, training sessions, and links to educate & guide you through the rating process. Their affiliation with Telemedica, which connects you with medical professionals trained & rated for the VA processes, is a game changer.3) Payment calculations (dollar amount) are adequately described up front, but the actual payment process is not, which IMHO, is lacking in security and thus, security assurances to the customer.Detail:If you're seeking knowledgeable people who can guide you through the VA rating process, then go to VA Claims Insider. I joined VACI after I achieved a 90% rating but simply couldn't get that extra 10%. Because of this, I joined VACI and worked with coaches Ash & then Chris who were phenomenal in getting me over the finish line to 100% P&T. Their patience, knowledge, and understanding of how I needed to proceed cannot be under understated.I cannot say enough about the wealth of information, training, and links VACI provides. In addition, their affiliation with Telemedica combined with the coach’s guidance are what got me over the threshold because I simply wasn't knowledgeable about secondary service connections or the aggravations my ratings had caused, nor was I able to provide the needed medical insight and verbiage which Telemedica did. My only complaint and thus 3 Stars is the payment process which should be extremely important to anyone. I joined VACI knowing what I’d need to pay, having calculated the amount prior to joining, so I had no issues there. However, the payment process is poor, at best. When I get warnings from Microsoft and my Web Browser that the site I’m connecting to is not HTTPS and thus not secure, I have a HUGE issue providing my banking information when trying to make a lump sum payment. Speaking with a person in Invoicing/Billing, I explained my concern and was told the site was secure then, when I explained the warnings I received, the person stated she didn’t have any knowledge of site security but I could contact Customer Service! Payment involves either 12 monthly payments or a lump sum (saving 10%) which means providing bank account information or using a credit card (+2.69% for card fees). I offered to do a Bank-to-Bank Account Transfer or send a check but was told neither was an option. So, faced with no other choice than what's offered on a non-secure site, I chose the credit card path costing me over two hundred dollars, but I have control over my card. I will NOT provide banking information over a non-secure site. So be forewarned on this aspect.In summation, other than the payment process, I highly recommend VA Claims Insider for anyone seeking excellent guidance, years of experience, and the keys to professional medical personnel well versed in the VA process.
