The company indicated that the technician would arrive around 3:00PM. He arrived @ 2:00PM. I watched him perform his inspection, while I do not know gas furnaces, he looked competent, and addressed all the "checks" I'm sure were indicated. He cleaned up after himself discarding all trash. He advised us as best temp. to set unit. He advised us to download the Vaillant App, for better service. He even was kind enough to help us if we needed it. We did not. We have always had good experiences with Vaillant tecks.I am happy with service, and especially the "email" monthly checks!
