We did contact company noel 5 weeks ago.They told to go to Vaillant direct.It took 4 weeks before first visit.Now after 1 visit we still have no boiler and no heating,Parts are not in stock is explanation.We got today after phoning 10 times a new appointment for February 18.We hope but are not sure that after nearly 2 months the vaillant will work again.What a very bad service of this company.Never ever vaillant again.
