So I sent a link for a faux fur full length coat to my partner, to order for a Christmas gift. Stupidly I didn't check the reviews here before he ordered it, and was mortified when I saw the poor reviews. I actually didn't expect it to show up. However, It did show up, taking just over two weeks to get to UK from Europe, which I think is fair over Christmas. Item is as described. I feel very fortunate that it arrived and it was as pictured and the right size! Phew... lot's of things could've gone wrong but all is good. Four stars and not five due to anxiety of wondering whether it would show up and in what condition.
