I ordered a jumper for my wife in November. She had seen the jumper using a search engine and asked if I could order one like it. I decided to order the same one from the picture on the website. MASSIVE MISTAKE.I started to smell a rat when delivery was taking longer than stated on their website. Although the website shows a Dutch address the tracking showed the jumper was shipped from China. The jumper arrived 12 working days after shipment rather than the 4-7 working days advised on their site.The jumper arrived and was definitely not cashmere as advertised. I advised Valenti via email that the jumper was not suitable and I would like to return it for a refund. I have now gone through a tortuous process of emails going back and forth with various 'solutions.' One of these was retaining the jumper for a 20% refund (this was rejected and then the offer increased to 30%). This was also to enable me to be eco friendly by not returning the item! Not a problem when it was shipped to me from China.Various other emails followed including a request to send pictures of the jumper (?), a manager needing to authorise the return and eventually being told I would have to pay to return the item back to China rather than Holland, which it states on its website that returns need to be sent to. This is despite previous emails advising that they would send me a returns label.I have two firsts in dealing with Valenti. Firstly, writing this review. I've never written a review about a company before, such is my bad experience dealing with this company. And secondly I have done a chargeback with my credit card company. Never ever done this before. If you do find yourself in the position of wanting to return an item for refund and you are getting nowhere than use the chargeback option.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
