It feels as though this company may be improving slightly, based on the original comments and reviews. However mine is a painful and repetitive story same as everyone else who has left a review.The jumper I received was clearly not cashmere, and had no labels for care, country of origin or material.I immediately asked to return and refund, this was followed by delayed emails from VALENTI customer service asking for pictures of issue, then offer of 20% and 30 % discount. I politely declined, eventually ' Sarah' mailed me to say that the jumper must be returned to China to asses if I was eligible for a refund. I just needed to pay the shipping. I explained at length that their website promises FREE Returns, there are no caveats as to when or why you can't return it.Anyhoo Klarma has refunded my initial payment and cancelled the debt.I have a slightly dodgy Cashmere jumper for free. It has only taken 6 weeks.Be patient and polite is my advice.
