Placed first order with Valentines and was fweling very happy. Then things went wrong. When they eventually arrived they looked used and like product had been used on them both. Best way to describe them was returns maybe. They literally were a hot mess. Lost a lot of money and because of this, would not recommend this company and I know certain brands are non returnable but when you receive items which look like they have wear and product in them and this gets passed by their quality control as they said they had checked them, it leaves you dumbfounded. I was offered nothing. Asked them to remove me from mailing list too... So disappointed and couldn't afford like most of us to lose all my money.
