ALL CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND....They are using COVID as an excuse to take your money!!(SAD SAD). Ridiculous. Package has been returned to Valentino in December and has now been returned back to me.The customer services team are useless, I have spoken to various assistants and no one is taking this seriously. I have spoken to the team in Italy who refuse to listen to me and always speak over me and just repeat a set sentence(like robots). STAY AWAY!!!!
